WFCCA is delighted to welcome exhibitors to our 2026 statewide conference, a dynamic training and networking opportunity offering family child care providers and early childhood professionals engaging training, meaningful professional development, and rich networking experiences.

The conference includes a bustling Exhibit Hall, open to attendees and the public, providing a prime opportunity for vendors to showcase their products and services. Exhibitors may reserve one or more tables and participate on Friday, Saturday, or both days. Table pricing is $60 for one day or $100 for two days, with the hall open all day Friday and until after lunch on Saturday.

Reserve early to guarantee inclusion in conference materials. Space is limited, and spots are expected to fill quickly.

Exhibitor Details

• WFCCA welcomes all exhibitors; non-compete rights are not provided.
• Set-up and tear-down guidelines will be shared via email.
• Exhibitors are required to donate a door prize for the exhibit hall raffle at check-in.
• Registration requires agreement to the Exhibitor Liability Clause.
