Be a Featured Exhibitor at the Upcoming WFCCA Conference!

WFCCA is planning our next statewide conference, a premier training and professional development event for family child care providers and early childhood professionals.

This event includes an Exhibit Hall, open to attendees and the public, offering a great opportunity for vendors to showcase their products. Exhibitors can reserve one or more tables and choose to participate on Friday, Saturday, or both days. Pricing is $60 per table for 1 day or $100 for 2 days, with the hall open all day Friday and until after lunch on Saturday.

To ensure your spot in the conference materials, reserve and pay by the deadline. Space is limited, and we anticipate selling out quickly.

Exhibitor Details

• WFCCA welcomes all exhibitors; non-compete rights are not provided.
• Set-up and tear-down guidelines will be shared via email.
• Exhibitors must donate a door prize for the exhibit hall raffle at check-in.
• Registration requires agreement to the Exhibitor Liability Clause.
