NAFCC Accreditation is awarded to family child care providers who meet NAFCC quality standards in five core competencies: relationships, environment, learning activities, health & safety, and professional & business practices. Visit the NAFCC Accreditation page for more information.
Satellite Accreditation quality standards are organized into six areas which include Interactions & Relationships, Physical Environment, Equipment & Materials, Daily Program for Children, Supporting Children’s Development, Health, Safety & Nutrition in the Family Child Care Home, and Business Management & Professionalism.
